The problem with the freezing issue at the 1st mission startup (mainly for HTC and Moto G devices) was most likely fixed – we hope. After a long weekend of testing and debugging we found the final solution for this problem. Sorry for the complications!

P.S:- If you are not getting in the level 2 then you will need to sign in to facebook, simply using your FB ID, if there is some kinda error then you will have to uninstall your facebook application first then try to log in,once you are logged in you will be able to play entire game.
